Egerton University proudly congratulates Dr. Caleb Orenge, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (FVMS) on his appointment to the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB).
It was a moment of pomp and colour at Egerton University as students broke into celebration following the announcement of Teddy Odhiambo as the new Chairman of the Egerton University Students Association (EUSA).The declaration came at the close of the Students Governing Council (SGC) elections, conducted using the university’s newly adopted digital voting system, Smartkura. The polls marked a notable step in the modernization of student elections at the institution, blending technology with participatory leadership.
Egerton University has appointed George Morara Ogendi as the new Principal of the Nakuru City Campus College. The appointment signals a new phase of stability and strategic growth for the university’s urban campus.
Egerton University is set to host activities of the 'Tech Challenge Kenya' after the institution was identified as a strategic partner capable of inspiring young innovators from underserved and remote parts of the country.This follows a high-level meeting between the university’s management and a visiting delegation from 'The Tech Interactive', the Silicon Valley–based organization behind the global engineering challenge.
