he Faculty of Health Sciences at Egerton University, under the leadership of Dr. Samson Obure, recently held a vibrant team-building session aimed at strengthening bonds among faculty members. The event provided a relaxed atmosphere where participants shared cake, honey, and engaged in fun games, fostering camaraderie beyond their academic and professional commitments.
The session was graced by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Flora Fedha, who emphasized the importance of faculty members connecting outside boardrooms, wards, and lecture halls. She highlighted that such gatherings allow colleagues to exchange diverse experiences, promoting collaboration and a supportive academic environment.
