Egerton University, Vice-Chancellor Professor Isaac Kibwage today in his office received a team from the Kenya Medical Practitioners Council who paid him a courtesy call.

The team is at the University on their routine inspection of the university’s medical training standards, ensuring that future healthcare professionals receive world-class education.

Prof. Samson Obure- Dean Faculty of Health Sciences will lead the team on a tour of facilities at Main and Nakuru city campuses to inspect the medical training of students, to ensure that the university’s programs meet national and international standards.

They will tour faculty of Health Sciences at the Nakuru City Campus, meet Lecturers , students and simulation labs, where students are engaged in realistic clinical scenarios, demonstrating their skills and compassion.

The Medical Council team is led by Prof. Rose Kosgei.
