Egerton University Investment Company (EUICO) – the commercial arm of a leading public university with interest in Agriculture, Hospitality and General Trading – is seeking a dynamic, visionary and result-oriented Managing Director to drive its growth and business transformation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Managing Director will provide strategic leadership, business growth and operational excellence across the company’s enterprises.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A proven business leader with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field (Agri-Business an advantage)
• At least ten (10) years’ management experience (5 in senior leadership)
• A Master’s Degree and professional body membership preferred,
• Strong entrepreneurial, networking and people management
