Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using standardized tender documents. Interested bidders may view or obtain the tender document by downloading from Egerton University’s website: www.egerton.ac.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.
Any request for clarifications must be made in writing on or before 5th July, 2025 at 10.00 am. All Clarifications and addendums will be posted to Egerton University website and to the Public Procurement Information Portal.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and the name be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Department building Ground Floor Njoro Campus along Njoro-Mau Narok road and addressed to:

To be received on or before Thursday 10th July,2025 at 11.00 a.m. and placed in the Tender Box at the Procurement Department, Njoro Campus.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers, representatives at the Procurement Department Boardroom located at the Ground floor or as may be advised. Late submissions of bids will not be accepted.
