SUMMARY

: I am a PhD student pursuing PhD in Textile, Fashion Design at Maseno University. Experienced academic with two publications regarding training of interior design diploma: challenges and opportunities and the training needs; a Kenyan perspective, holding a Master of science (Msc) in apparel fashion design from the university of Eldoret and a Bachelor of science (Bsc) in clothing textile and interior design from Egerton university.

1. Evaluation of Apparel sizing and fit for children ages 2- 6 years in Kenya with an aim of determining the factors influencing children apparel sizing and fit.

2. Conducted an anthropometric survey in collecting children's body measurements and develop a comprehensive size charts, compare against the existing measurements as well as develop pattern blocks for improved garment construction.

3. Interior Design Training course for Teachers to enhance designers training.
