SUMMARY

Dr. Miriam Kyule holds a PhD and a Master of science in Agricultural Education from Egerton University. She is currently the head of the department, she is a lecturer, supervisor and a researcher. Among the courses she teaches: Curriculum Development, Methods of teaching agriculture, Research Methods in Agricultural Education and Extension, Measurement and Evaluation in agricultural education. Miriam has also attended other professional trainings and workshops. She has published widely and has facilitated several internal and international academic workshops. She has also participated in several curriculum review panels. Miriam has extensive experience also on social issues including, working with the youth especially on mentorship and capacity building, gender and inclusiveness, outreach work among others. Miriam has participated in several consultancy engagements.
