SUMMARY
I am a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Egerton University. I am actively involved in teaching pure mathematics courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. My main research interests lie in algebraic geometry, number theory, and algebraic-geometric coding theory, particularly in the connections between codes, algebraic geometry, and computer algebra tools. This interest developed from my earlier research on algebraic geometry, Gröbner bases, and their manipulation using computer algebra systems-topics that remain central to my current research. Recently, my work has focused on the design and construction of algebraic-geometric codes and their applications in wireless communications.
