1990 - 1999: Lecturer at Kenya Medical Training College Nakuru and held various administrative positions.

1987 - 1989: Clinical duties at Busia Hospital

Participated in various curriculum review and development workshops including; Clinical officers Council University of Kabianga, KEMU, Kabarak among others. Was also an external examiner at the clinical officer’s council, Kabarak University and Kenya Medical Training College.
