                                 Cash Office-Egerton University

  • Writing and issuance of cheques.
  • Preparation of weekly cash movement report.
  • Payment of statutory deductions Taxes, NSSF, NHIF, NITA and HELB.
  • Ensure safe custody of cheque books and payment vouchers.
  • Processing of EFT and RTGS payments.
  • Attend to customer’s queries.

May 2023-April 2024: Senior Accounts Assistant I

                                      Tatton Agriculture Park-Egerton University

  • Keep track of personnel records.
  • Supervise and maintain clear financial transactions in the farm.
  • Carry out annual analysis of projects.
  • Submission of monthly financial report to the manager.
