Scientific research is essential for the advancement of science and humanity at large. It is not only an engine for the generation of new knowledge but also offers a lens through which current practices can be examined. In a collaborative effort to enhance oncology care, the Chestine Trust Foundation (NHS-UK), Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH), and Egerton University's Faculty of Health Sciences recently conducted a two-day oncology training in Nakuru County.
