Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualiﬁed and interested Tenderers.

Qualiﬁed and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during ofﬁce hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000.00 (Kenya shillings One Thousand Only) in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below.

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the University website www.egerton.ac.ke or Public procurement information portal : www.tenders.go.ke. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at Egerton University Procurement department Njoro Campus ground floor or delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 6^th June , 2 0 2 5 at 11.00 am EAT. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
