The following clarification(s)/amendments are made to the specified provisions of the tender 

document for the Tender document for Supply and Delivery of Library Book for Library  Department (E-Books and Books). 

1. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRINCIPAL TENDER DOCUMENT 

Save where expressly amended by the terms of this Addendum/clarification, the Principal tender document shall continue to be in full and effect. 

The provisions of this Addendum/clarification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in and shall be read as part of the principal tender Document. 

2. AMENDEMENTS /CLARIFICATIONS 

A. CLARIFICATION 

I. Tender Closing Time 

That a bidder wrote requesting for extension of the closing date for the Tender for Supply  and Delivery of Library Book for Library Department (E-Books and Books) to allow for  adequate time for preparation and submission of a competitive bid. 

That the tender closing/ opening date is hereby clarified to be on Friday, 10th April, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. EAT.
