On the July 9th ,2025 , at Egerton University,Njoro Campus,Professor Nzula Kitaka led the planning committee for the Kenya National Research Festival (KNRF) 2025 to finalize preparations for the upcoming event.
Scheduled to take place from August 18th to 22nd, 2025, the festival will be hosted by Egerton University in collaboration with the National Research Fund-Kenya (NRF) and the County Government of Nakuru.
This year's theme, "Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security: Empowering Communities through Research, Science, Technology, and Innovation," promises a dynamic and solutions-driven program.
The event aims to bring together researchers, scholars, innovators, and policymakers from across Kenya, offering a platform for groundbreaking innovations, engaging exhibitions, thought-provoking discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
