Booking Of Rooms – 2025/2026 Academic Year
Room booking will take place from Wednesday, 13th August to Friday, 15th August 2025, starting at 9:00 AM.
Eligible Groups
All students beginning a new academic year are eligible to book rooms, except:Faculty of Health Sciences and Internationals.
Booking Procedure
- Log in to studentportal.egerton.ac.ke
- Update your profile, especially your gender
- Enter your Registration Number as ID, then your password
- On the left side of the menu, select Hostel Booking
- Select Hostel, Block, and Room Type
- Book a Bed Space of your choice
Note: Students who successfully book rooms must print their statements from the student portal and present them at the Halls desk on registration day.
