Egerton University had invited bidders via tender notice published on the Public Procurement Information Portal website https://www.tenders.go.ke and on the University website, https://www.egerton.ac.ke dated 7th June, 2024 for the tender stated below:

The following amendments are made to the specified provisions of the tender document for the Tender document for Provision of Renovation Works at Egerton University Ruwenzori Hostels (Block 39 and Block 46), Njoro Campus for Egerton University.

  1. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRINCIPALTENDER DOCUMENT

Save where expressly amended by the terms of this Addendum, the Principal tender document shall continue to be in full and effect.

The provisions of this Addendum shall be deemed to have been incorporated in and shall be read as part of the principal tender Document.

  1. TENDER CLOSING/ OPENING DATE

That the tender closing/ opening date is hereby moved from Monday, 17th June, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. to Wednesday 19th June, 2024 at 11.00 a.m.

That all interested bidders are advised to strictly adhere to the addendum notice.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
